What does Lingway do?
We build software. We publish our own plugins and apps for design and collaboration platforms, and we develop custom software for clients: web applications, desktop applications, SaaS products and integrations.
Which platforms do you build for?
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Adobe Express, plus Figma, Canva, Miro, Trello, Jira, Confluence, monday.com, Google Workspace, Airtable and macOS.
Do you develop custom software?
Yes. Alongside our own products we design, build and maintain web apps, desktop apps, SaaS products and integrations for clients. See the Services page or contact us to discuss a project.
Can you build a plugin or integration just for our company?
Yes. We build private plugins and integrations for a single organisation, as well as custom versions of our existing products.
How does a custom project start?
Send us a message describing what you need. We arrange a conversation, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and estimate.
How are your plugins priced?
Each product is sold on its own marketplace and the price is shown on its listing. Some are one-time purchases, others are subscriptions, and several offer a free trial.
Which translation engines do your translation plugins use?
Depending on the plugin: DeepL, Google Translate, or AI models such as ChatGPT. Some plugins work with your own API key.
How do you handle data and privacy?
Each product has its own privacy policy describing exactly what it processes. We only process what a feature needs in order to work. For custom projects we follow your security requirements.
How do I get support for a product?
Email contact@lingway.io. Most products also have a video tutorial on our YouTube channel.
Are Lingway and IT-TUN the same company?
Yes. Some marketplace listings and our YouTube channel still use our earlier name, IT-TUN. Products and support are the same.
