No. You need your own DeepL API key. The Free plan includes 500,000 characters per month; DeepL API Pro is billed by DeepL.

How do I install it?

Install it from Adobe Exchange. If needed, you can also install the package with ZXP Installer or Anastasiy's Extension Manager.

Which Illustrator versions are supported?

Adobe Illustrator 23.0 or later.

Is my artwork uploaded anywhere?

No. Only the text to translate is sent to DeepL. There is no Lingway backend involved and nothing is stored externally.

Can I use it on a team account?

The license is tied to the Adobe account that buys it and is not compatible with Adobe Team Management.
