SheetSync — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SheetSync for Adobe InDesign.

License & Usage

SheetSync is licensed for personal and commercial use within Adobe InDesign. You may use the plugin to merge Google Sheets or local file data into InDesign templates for any lawful purpose. Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of the plugin is not permitted.

Google Account Access

SheetSync requests read access to your Google Sheets in order to perform data merge operations. You may revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings. SheetSync will only access spreadsheets you explicitly select within the plugin.

Data Handling

SheetSync processes spreadsheet data locally within your InDesign environment. Your document content and spreadsheet data are never uploaded to or stored on our servers. OAuth credentials are stored locally on your machine and used solely to authenticate with Google APIs on your behalf.

Limitations of Liability

SheetSync is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, document corruption, or damages arising from the use of the plugin. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your InDesign documents and source data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of SheetSync after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
